We was looking for a freelance illustrator and cartoonist to work with us upon project base. Would you please provide us with your portfolio " We want to see any business-like managment-like illustration you have done before " and also you drawing rates keeping in mind we are a new magazine and we still doesn't have a big budget !! ?! Also please let us know how shall we go about that Shall we send you the article and you read and suggest something or what exactly ?!

India relay needs more love! If i could draw i so would so so many works with him! His entrance was so awesome 
wasnt it just?! i was flabbergasted when he appeared!!
At first I was a bit 
unreactive by his appearance... And then I just switched and totally loved it
I'm suprised he dosent have more fans, I think people might have forgottern about him

he's only had those two appearances, so yeah, i think they might've... though have you seen some of the art for him? especially on zerochan!
